Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about TradingPulse. Can't find your answer? Contact us.

  • What exactly is TradingPulse?

TradingPulse is a real-time intraday stock scanning platform designed to help traders identify high-probability trading opportunities without manually analysing hundreds of stocks. It continuously monitors liquid NSE F&O stocks, analyses live price action, volume behaviour, market breadth and sector strength, and highlights stocks that satisfy your predefined trading conditions.

  • What is an intraday stock scanner, and how does TradingPulse's scanner work?

An intraday stock scanner continuously checks the market against a set of rules (like volume spikes or breakouts) and shows you only the stocks that match, instead of you checking each stock manually. TradingPulse's scanner runs this process live on liquid F&O stocks throughout the trading session, combined with market breadth and sector strength data.

  • Is TradingPulse a trading terminal or broker?

No. TradingPulse does not execute trades and is not a broker. It is a decision-support tool that helps you filter the market and confirm high-quality setups; you still place orders through your existing broker.

  • Do I need TradingView, AmiBroker or a separate data feed?

No. TradingPulse runs entirely in your browser with live market data and charting already built in, so you don't need a separate charting subscription or external data feed.

  • What markets and instruments does TradingPulse cover?

TradingPulse is built exclusively for the Indian stock market (NSE), focusing on liquid F&O (futures and options) stocks.

  • Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes Market Pulse (Advance/Decline Ratio and Sector Heatmap), Top Gainers & Top Losers, the Open Interest Spurt scanner and Replay, with no credit card required.

  • What's the difference between Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly billing?

All three unlock the same features: the full live scanner, real-time charts and Replay. Quarterly and Yearly billing also include Telegram Alerts at no extra cost, and work out to a lower effective monthly price than Monthly billing.

  • What are Telegram Alerts?

Telegram Alerts, included at no extra cost on Quarterly and Yearly billing, send your saved scans directly to your phone the moment they trigger, so you don't need to keep the dashboard open all session.

  • What is Replay and who is it for?

Replay lets you rewind a past market session and step through it tick by tick. It's designed for practising entries, exits and new scanner filters without risking real capital.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

  • Do you offer a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, within the terms described in our Refund Policy. Please refer to that page for eligibility windows and the request process.

  • Is my data and account information secure?

We take data protection seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it's used and safeguarded.

  • Does TradingPulse provide investment advice?

No. TradingPulse is a decision-support tool that helps traders filter the market, save time, and trade with a more structured, rule-based approach. It does not provide investment advice or guarantee profits, and is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Please see our Disclaimer for more detail.

  • Can I use TradingPulse on mobile?

Yes. TradingPulse works in any modern mobile browser, though for scanning and chart analysis we recommend a larger screen for the best experience.

  • How do I get help if I run into an issue?

Free plan users get email support, and paid plan users on Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly billing get priority support. You can reach us anytime from the Contact page.
